Rules and Compensation Plan for Appointing Staff of Afridu Caribbean CARICOM
  1. Appointment of Diplomatic Ambassadors
    • All Diplomatic Ambassadors will be issued a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining their roles, responsibilities, and terms of service.
    • The MOU will detail the expectations, duties, and the scope of their diplomatic engagements includin their ccompensation plan.
  2. Appointment of Special Envoys:
    • Special Envoys will be provided with a formal agreement specifying their responsibilities and compensation plan.
    • The agreement for Special Envoys is non-negotiable, as it is a directive from the President of Afridu, mandated to the Ambassador.
    • The agreement document must be signed by the President of Afridu, the Ambassador, and the appointed Special Envoy.
    • Special Envoys will be assigned to the Ambassador's office and will report directly to the Ambassador.
    • Special Envoys will not be part of any local Afridu offices within the Caribbean, ensuring their exclusive accountability to the Ambassador. All funds collected by the Special Enoys will be directed to the Afridu CAribbean CARICOM office  and based on the said agreement will then be embursed accordingly in conjunction with the signed agreement.
By adhering to these protocols, Afridu Caribbean CARICOM ensures a structured and clear appointment process for its Diplomatic Ambassadors and Special Envoys, maintaining consistency and accountability within the organization.
